Spotlight Development has formed various joint ventures with recognized builders in the Greater Toronto Area for construction and development projects. The company currently has a number of projects in the pipeline, including a mixed-use building in Toronto at the corner of River and Queen Street East, in partnership with Liberty Development. We are also part of Toronto's first all-female real-estate development team, building Reina Condos in partnership Urban-Capital, located at the Queensway and Royal York. A new ground-breaking affordable home ownership development is also underway near Black Creek Drive & Lawrence Ave W.
